ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 26th Annual General Meeting of SeniorNet Hutt City Inc. is to be held on Tuesday, 22nd July 2025 at 2pm. The venue is the Lower Hutt Senior Citizens Rooms. These are on the ground floor of the Forsyth Barr Tower, Queensgate (west side of the Woolworths / Countdown carpark).
The AGM will be followed by afternoon tea and a talk by Les Molloy on China’s Natural World Heritage sites.
For catering purposes, if you have not already let us know that you are coming, please do RSVP to our email address – huttcity@seniornet.nz or by phone to Geoff Bartlett (ph: 027 2830011) by 16 July.
Nominations for committee positions signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee must be received by 16th July. Nominations may be made for these positions:
Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and committee members. Elections, if necessary, will be held by voting at the AGM.
Please submit any nominations by the 16th July 2025 on the official nomination form, or by emailing the centre at huttcity@seniornet.nz
Notices of any Motion for AGM must be received by 2nd July 2025 (3 weeks prior to the meeting).
