The venue is the Lower Hutt Senior Citizens Rooms. These are on the ground floor of the Forsyth Barr Tower\, Queensgate (west side of the Woolworths / Countdown carpark).\nThe AGM will be followed by afternoon tea and a talk by Les Molloy on China’s Natural World Heritage sites. \nFor catering purposes\, if you have not already let us know that you are coming\, please do RSVP to our email address – huttcity@seniornet.nz or by phone to Geoff Bartlett (ph: 027 2830011) by 16 July.\nNominations for committee positions signed by the proposer\, seconder and nominee must be received by 16th July. Nominations may be made for these positions:\nChairman\, Deputy Chairman\, Secretary\, Treasurer and committee members.
